Welcome to AlShamPay. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AlShamPay app, services, and website (collectively, the "Service"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To use AlShamPay, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent if under 18),
• Be capable of entering a binding agreement,
• Have a valid Syrian ID and/or government-issued identification.

2. Services

AlShamPay provides:

• Money transfers between users,
• Wallet top-ups and cash-outs,
• Bill payments (where available),
• Transaction history tracking.

We may update or discontinue certain services without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Use the app only for lawful purposes.
• Do not use the app to engage in fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity.

4. Fees

AlShamPay may charge service fees for certain transactions. All applicable fees will be displayed before you confirm a transaction. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with prior notice.

5. Transaction Limits

• Limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per user.
• Additional verification may be required to increase limits.

6. Account Suspension/Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You breach these Terms,
• We detect suspicious or illegal activity,
• Requested by regulatory authorities.

7. Disclaimers

• We are not liable for delays caused by telecom/internet issues or third-party services.
• All transactions are final and non-reversible once processed unless required by law.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, please contact support within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and aim to resolve disputes fairly.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic.
